Shipping & Return Policy

Standard Shipping

We ship Australia-wide and all prices include Australian GST. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days after payment has cleared. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location.

  • Please allow a little extra time for:
    • Larger or bulky items that do not fit in satchels
    • Regional and remote deliveries
    • Non-stocked items or special orders
  • Orders may be split and shipped from different locations, so items can arrive on different days.
  • Dispatch occurs Monday to Friday on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day.
  • Address changes after dispatch may attract a carrier redirect fee.
  • If you need to cancel or change an order before it is dispatched, please contact us with your order number. If labels have been issued or collection booked, freight costs already incurred may not be refundable.

Authority To Leave

If you select Authority To Leave at checkout, the carrier may leave the parcel at your address. Risk transfers on delivery to the address. If you prefer a signature, please select that option where available.

Payments are processed over secure SSL/TLS-encrypted connections. We use physical and electronic safeguards to protect personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Store Pickup

Select In-Store Pickup at checkout to avoid shipping charges. Payment in full is required to secure stock. Not all items are available for immediate pickup.

  • Wait for the Ready for Pickup email before coming to the store.
  • Please bring your photo ID and the email tax invoice with the order number.
  • For orders over $500, the cardholder must collect the goods and present the card used for purchase.
  • We will hold items for 14 days after the "Ready for Pickup" notice is sent.

Product Availability

Items not in stock usually arrive at the store within 2 to 4 business days. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup.

Returns Policy

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging materials.

  • Exclusions
    • Cut-to-length goods such as pipe, hose, and cable
    • Made-to-order or specially procured items
    • Consumables once opened
    • Electrical items that have been installed or wired
    • Items returned used, damaged, or incomplete
  • Change of mind: return freight is at your cost. If the item is not resalable as new, a restocking fee of at least 20% may apply.
  • Transit issues: claims for missing or damaged items must be lodged within 7 business days of delivery.
  • Faulty items: We will test and, at our discretion, repair, replace with the same or an equivalent model, or provide a refund.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us with your order number to obtain return instructions and a Return Authorisation.
  2. Pack the goods securely. Use tracked postage, as you are responsible for the return until it is received.
  3. Please include a copy of your invoice and a note stating the reason for return, as well as your preference for a refund or an exchange.

Refunds & Credits

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the item has been inspected.
  • Allow up to 30 days from receipt for processing. Bank processing times can vary.
  • If conditions are not met, we may refuse the return or apply a restocking fee.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this policy and are not limited by it.
