Price Match Guarantee

We regularly check prices to keep our offers sharp. If you find an Australian competitor with a cheaper advertised price on the same item, we’ll match it so you still get all the benefits of buying from Bidgee Pumps & Irrigation.

What qualifies for a price match

• Sold by an Australian retailer with an ABN and Australian-based inventory.
• Brand new, identical product (same brand, model, and SKU) with full manufacturer warranty.
• In stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor at the time of the request.
• The competitor price must include all costs to you, such as shipping, handling, and GST.
• Bundles: we can match a bundle if the entire bundle contents and quantities are equivalent.

What we don’t match

• Project quotes or special contract pricing.
• Clearance, refurbished, ex-demo, second-hand, or damaged stock.
• Marketplace listings or auction-style sales (for example, eBay, Facebook Marketplace), or prices from private sellers.
• Promotional coupon codes, membership-only prices, trade accounts, or volume-only discounts that are not publicly advertised.
• Obvious pricing errors or prices that don’t reflect recent supplier price rises.
• Items that are advertised below our cost price.

How to request a price match online

1. Create an account or log in.
2. Add the product(s) to your Quote List.
3. Open your Quote List from the top-right of the page next to the shopping cart icon.
4. Click Submit Quote Request, then email us the competitor’s advertised price (link or attached quote) with your Quote ID to sales@bidgeepumps.com.au.

• Once verified, we’ll apply the discount to your quote and email you when it’s ready to pay.
• Log in, go to My Quotes, open your Quote ID, and complete payment. We’ll dispatch your order after payment clears.

How to request a price match in-store

• Bring the competitor’s ad, written quote, or a live link on your phone.
• We’ll check availability and eligibility on the spot and complete your purchase at the matched price if approved.

Important notes

• Price matches must be approved before your purchase. We don’t match prices after a sale is completed.
• The competitor's offer must be publicly advertised and verifiable by our team.
• All comparisons are GST-inclusive and must account for shipping to your address.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities to reasonable household or business needs and to decline requests that don’t meet these terms.
